Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kendrakreates.com.
Please include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it. If approved, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
All custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, incorrect sizing, color selections, or design choices once approved.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled or as otherwise determined at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
We maintain detailed records of all transactions, including order details, design approvals, communications, and verified proof of delivery.
Initiating a chargeback for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered—without valid cause or prior communication—may be considered a fraudulent dispute. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
- Recover the full transaction amount, including any associated fees
- Pursue legal action to recover damages, administrative costs, and legal expenses where permitted by law
We also reserve the right to refuse future service to any customer who files an unjustified chargeback.
